What makes your Real Estate Services unique?
Jeff developed an interest in the real estate business, so he could help people with what may be the biggest purchase of their lives. Jeff is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. His previous 20 years of experience as a principal and educator assists him well in educating his clients in real estate and the process of buying and selling homes. He has been on the Agent Leadership Council of his brokerage for the past 2 years and is the Chair of the Education Committee. Jeff is also the Team Leader of the Capitol Ohio Sales Team and has 15 agents on the team that serve their clients and give them the best possible experience and service when it comes to buying and selling homes. Jeff’s Team has been involved in affordable housing initiatives in Columbus, working with the Land Bank of Columbus and investors, to build and sell 20 affordable homes around the Children’s Hospital area.

I work with homes of all price ranges, including those less than $200,000.

We will assist anyone in the central Ohio area who has a desire to become a homeowner.

I serve all clients, including those who have under 3% in downpayment savings.

I work with clients with a variety of credit scores, from 580 and above

I am both a buyer’s and seller’s agent, and serve lease-to-own programs.
