U.S. Bank offers a wide spectrum of products and services designed to accommodate all geographies, populations and housing styles.

What credit scores do you serve?

We serve clients with credit scores, from 580 and above.

What downpayment savings do you work with?
We serve clients who have less 3% in savings, less than 20% in savings, and over 20% in savings

Do you offer loans that cater to borrowers with low-to-moderate income?
Yes

Apart from English, do you have any other language competencies?
Since many of my branches are located in ethnically diverse markets, we have foreign speaking employees who can assist in translation and access to a 24/7 language translation line.

Have you worked with clients who have Housing Choice vouchers?
Yes

Do you offer Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCP)?
Not yet, but we are interested in creating one. We currently do not have a specific program but we do accept alternate credit references (rent, utilities, insurance, etc) when a borrower does not have sufficient credit history and when possible we will conduct a manuel underwrite.

With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I will strive to assist all potential home buyers and for those not yet able I will assist them in any way possible until they are able to purchase their home.
