What makes your real Estate Services unique?
I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2016. I am an Associate Broker/Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and have served my industry and community at large in various capacities as a Columbus Realtors Board member from 2021-2024, the 2023 President of Women’s Council of Realtors and a former area commissioner for the Far East Area Commission.

I work with homes that are $200,000 and above.

What geographies, populations, or housing styles do you specialize in?
I specialize in serving residents on the Eastside of Columbus including but not limited to: Gahanna, Blacklick, Pickerington, Canal Winchester, New Albany, Whitehall.

I serve clients who have under 3% in savings, less than 20% in savings, and over 20% in savings.

What credit scores do you work with?
I work with clients who have credit scores of 580 and above.

Are you a buyer’s or seller’s agent?
I am both buyer’s and seller’s agent, and an agent for new construction.

Apart from English, do you have any other language competencies?
No.

What cultural competencies do you have?
I  Hold the At-Home with Diversity (AHWD) designation through the National Association of Realtors; a designation ready and willing to serve a global network and locate resources accordingly (i.e. translation services etc.)
