I am a member of the Columbus Realtist Association, Columbus/Dayton Realtor Association, a member of the Housing Affordability & Community Partnership Committee, and I am a member of Red 1 Realty. My team has over 60 yrs of experience. We have sold over 1 billion dollars worth of real estate.

When I am not marketing real estate services I am traveling, watching a sports event, or giving back to my community, with my non-profit organization Kool Kids Klub, LLC.

I work with homes of varying price ranges, from below $200,000 to over $300,000.

I don’t have a specific geographic or population specialty, but I can help with real estate trends, housing styles, and market analysis across a wide range of locations and demographics. I also provide insights into various housing styles like modern, colonial, or ranch and I can offer guidance on commercial real estate topics as well.

I work with clients who have different downpayment savings, from below 3% to above 20%.
