With Over 24 plus years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I specialize in the Central Ohio and surrounding areas helping sellers, buyers, and investors with their real estate transactions. I am currently in the Top 20% of realtors in our market. I am really heavily involved in our communities’ and organizations around Central Ohio.

As a real estate professional, I believe that buying or selling a home or commercial real estate is more than just a transaction, but a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals no matter where you start from. You can be at 500 or 800 credit score. My philosophy is simple: Clients are one of my top priorities. I pledge to be in constant communication with her clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if they’re not left with an amazing experience, I have not done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of her clients. I have a love for community. An example is that a large part of her career has been participating in the revitalization of neighborhoods through real estate. My team and I has given many Home Buyer’s Seminars as a tool to educate the community about building wealth through home ownership.

I work work with homes of all price ranges.

I specialize in the Central Ohio and surrounding areas. Building our communities and affordable housing.

I serve clients who have under 3% savings, less than 20% in savings, and over 20% in savings.

What credit scores do you work with?
I work with clients who have credit scores of 580 and above.

Are you a buyer’s agent or seller’s agent?
I am both.

Being in real estate over 24 years, I have an understanding of different cultures, communities and respect that everyone is not the same when it comes to buying Real Estate and the way they handle their financing. Effective communication and understanding are key.
