We are an independent residential real estate brokerage, located in Franklinton, and serving Columbus and Central Ohio Buyers and Sellers. We work closely with First Time Buyers to achieve home ownership and help them work with our lending partners to leverage all available grants and resources!

I work with homes of all price ranges, including those less than $200,000 and over $300,000.

We serve Columbus and Central Ohio

I serve all clients, including those who have under 3% in downpayment savings.

What credit scores do you work with?
I work with clients with a variety of credit scores, from 580 and above

I am both a buyer’s and seller’s agent.

Apart from English, do you have any other language or cultural competencies?
No, but our agents have lived in homes and communities in and around Columbus and we serve a broad multi-county area
