I work with homes with a variety of prices, from less than $200K to over $300K.

What geographies, populations, or housing styles do you specialize in?

Serving the housing needs of clients throughout the Dayton to Columbus area. I specialize in new construction production through to custom design‑build projects, with a 17‑year career in construction administration. I have the ability to prepare clients for the process and transition with them through each stage of the build to completion. I also have experience in adaptive housing plans and ADA modifications for special needs or limited mobility.

I work with a variety of down payment savings, from less than 3% and above.
