I work with a wide range of homes with sales prices that are less than $200,000 and above.

I serve first time home buyers, buyers, sellers, new construction, investment.

I serve all clients who have no downpayment savings or who have more than 20% in savings.

I work with clients who have credit scores of 580 and above.
