I work with a variety of homes priced under $200K and above.

I  serve buyers and sellers throughout central Ohio specializing in residential homes rural properties first time home buyers’ military families and clients relocating or downsizing.

What downpayment savings do you work with?

I work with a variety of client down payment savings from under 3% to above 20%

What credit scores do you work with?

I work with credit scores of 580 and above.
